Health Integrated Chairman Expands Roles and Responsibilities

Tampa , FL – September 13, 2005 –Health Integrated, Inc., a leading provider of innovative healthcare programs, today announced the appointment of Shan Padda, Chairman of the Board, to the additional role of Chief Executive Officer. He replaces Michael Yuhas who will continue to serve as a strategic advisor to Health Integrated.

Yuhas led Health Integrated since January 2003, and was instrumental in strengthening the company financially and operationally. Most recently, Yuhas established a strategic business alliance with HealthNow New York, one of New York State’s leading health plans.

Padda brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to Health Integrated. He is a co-founder of the company and served as CEO until 2003. Padda has founded and run a number of companies in the healthcare industry.
