Health Integrated Recognized as Leader in Tampa, FL – October 26. On October 21, 2004, the Disease Management Association of America (DMAA) presented Health Integrated, Inc. the award for "Best DM Program Intervention for Co-Morbid Depression" at its 6th annual DMAA Leadership Forum in Orlando, Florida. The Forum is recognized as one of the largest and most respected Disease Management Conferences in the country.
